- Visit data via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager – anonymised information about how visitors use the website (e.g. page views, time on site, device, country). IP addresses are anonymised.
- Contact information – if you contact us via email or WhatsApp, we process your name, phone number and message in order to respond to your enquiry.
3. Why We Process Data (Purpose and Legal Basis)
- Web analytics – to improve website content and usability. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6.1 f).
- Customer communication – to respond to enquiries and manage bookings. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6.1 b).
4. Cookies
We use cookies via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
5. Third Parties
- Google LLC – Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Pinterest – we use the Pinterest API to publish content (pins) to our Pinterest business account. Our website/app is not endorsed by or affiliated with Pinterest, Inc. We do not store or share personal data derived from Pinterest with third parties, nor do we resell or redistribute Pinterest content. If you disconnect your Pinterest account from our application, all associated Pinterest-derived data and access tokens will be permanently and immediately deleted from our systems.
6. Retention and Deletion
Visit data in Google Analytics is retained for 14 months and deleted automatically thereafter. Contact information is deleted when the matter is resolved, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Your Rights
